So I Married An Anti-Fan is a remake of the same series by Wann. The remake is featuring better art but seems to be following the basic plotline of the OG story.

Is she going to be able to ruin him once and for all? Especially after she’ll be learning the truth about the man behind the popstar?Webtoons
I have been eyeing this webtoon for awhile now, and I’m happy it’s licensed in English! It’s a fun story but also featuring some parts with some real issues.
I was really looking forward to reading it when I saw it available on webtoons.
Our female protagonist, Geunyeong Lee, is working at her job with the utmost sincerity. She has her boyfriend, a home and is hoping for good things for the future.
She’s like most people, just wanting a good life with her partner. Everything is great, until New Year’s hit and she finds her boyfriend kissing another man. Turns out her boyfriend isn’t all what she thinks he is.
The asshole of ex-boyfriend also has the audacity to ask her to be understanding of his feelings! He basically confesses to just using her, trying “his best” to love her but it wasn’t working out.
If your ex-partner ever says you need to be more understanding of their cheating… just leave. I haven’t been this emotionally invested in a manhwa’s relationship in a long time!
Eventually our female lead is catching a break, by being assigned to interview Who Joon! This is going to go so badly, just mark my words!
Something will go wrong but I’m not sure what exactly will be happening. I assume he’s going to be rude towards her and she’ll end up losing her job. I have no clue exactly what happens, but I assume she’ll be losing her temper.
Somehow they’ll end up marrying but I have no clue how or why this is going to happen. I haven’t been reading this far ahead, but I’m eagerly awaiting more!
I’m looking forward to finding out how they go from arguing to marrying, especially since it seems she’s hating the idol.
Marrying usually implies you’re loving the partner…
I must say I’m really liking the character designs and characterisations by the creator. Our male lead is much more sorrowful and pitiful than what he is letting on to most people.
His birthday is celebrated by everyone and he returns to his home. His fake home, with his birthday presents for his fake birthday.
Nothing is seemingly real for him and I can just feel his loneliness streaming off him. He needs a certain reporter in order to feel like a real human being, I bet!
I fully feel like I’m understanding the female lead’s frustration and pain, too. The manhwa shows you can’t be living for someone else’s sake and not your own!
Hopefully things will be working out for our protagonist and her future bae.
Recommendation: YES! You must be reading this manhwa! It’s funny, slightly infuriating and sad!
