Revenge Is A Dish Best Served Cold Summary
Her best friend tries killing herself, but why?
In order to find out the truth, the protagonist meticulously crafts a revenge plot to make all the culprits and their accomplices pay!MU
Our female lead is coming back from a trip only to find her friend jumping from the rooftop.
Apparently the friend suffers hardships in terms of bullying from her schoolmates, including her “boyfriend”.
The girl who jumps off the building is having rumours spread about her. She feels so bad over it that she decides to end her life, right in front of her friend.
Her friend then decides she’s going to make the people bullying her friend pay. She starts off with the boyfriend, and have him get in trouble with school. He fights with a store clerk, due to an incident she orchestrates.
The boyfriend is a jerk, with many different girlfriends even when he was dating the friend. Needless to say, he deserves what’s coming to him!
Of course, she’s not stopping there and is going to manipulate others to help her with the revenge.
She comes across a teacher and seems to decide he’s going to be the next helper in her revenge plan.
He’s obviously feeling very embarrassed over the incident, so I expect some blackmailing. I might be wrong, but I still think he will not help her just out of the kindness of his heart.
She encounters him drinking and he’s hitting on her. Since he’s also experiencing bullying by the students, I can imagine he’s going to eagerly help her, but she has to blackmail him.
It seems our female lead is being capable of planning and seeing opportunities as they happen. One of the main bullies at the school seem to ignore her, though.
I bet she’s going to experience some stuff herself and I can’t wait for her to reap what she’s sowing!
The art is decent, but it’s sometimes a bit awkward and hard on the eye. Still, it’s very much passing as decent art, despite some minor flaws. The character design of our female lead is also pretty good.
Final thoughts: It seems to be a decent story, but not fully loving it so far.
