Revenge Queen [1st Impression]

Revenge Queen is a really odd manhua, but it’s strangely amusing! Our female lead is dumped but ends up meeting up with the guy’s dad.

Revenge Queen Summary

Abandoned, framed, tragic ending…

A quick-transmigration female supporting lead has had enough! Why must a supporting character have to be a contrast to the main lead?!

From this world onwards, she has decided to take fate into her own hands, no longer listening to the system’s plans!

Pushing aside all obstacles and difficulties, she fulfils her own dreams, whilst using all sorts of methods to get back at those who harmed her previously…

Revenge Queen [1st Impression]
Our female lead starts out being dumped, but hits it off with the ex-boyfriend’s father.

It’s one of those series where she’s just supposed to be a side-character, a villain of sorts. Instead, she’s taking things into her own hands.

Turns out the female lead is a really good singer, so in order to sign her to his label, the male lead will fulfil her wishes. She also ends up singing him to sleep, which is a bit odd but works, I suppose.

The story is really just a revenge, romance tale where the male lead uses the female lead. She also ends up using him for her own doing, which is quite typical. I can’t say I hate the dynamic between them, but it’s very “typical”.

Most of these stories either have a dominating man who basically r*pes the female lead, or an aloof person who can’t show his true feelings. This story is the latter, but we all know they’re going to fall in love with each other.

Final thoughts: It’s slightly funny, but nothing too amazing. I think it’s a hit or miss whether you’ll like this story or not.
