The Blood Of Madam Giselle is meant for more mature audiences. Featuring a romantic and sexual relationship with a vampire is pretty self-explanatory as to why it’s rated M.

The Blood Of Madam Giselle Recommendation
A rebellious spirit being trapped in her marriage to a violent husband, Giselle leads a miserable life playing the role of a meek wife and lady.
But one night, wandering her new home, Giselle discovers what seems to be a young boy trapped inside a cage.
An inheritance from her husband’s eccentric father, the boy is being considered a monster, an immortal “flower that feeds upon blood.” Despite her fear, Giselle begins to visit the boy nightly.
Will these illicit meetings shatter life as she knows it?MU
This story is really mature, featuring both abuse, gore, blood and sexual relationships.
Lezhin is featuring an “all-age” version where they cut away the sexual parts, but there’s also an “uncensored” version available elsewhere.
Giselle is a demure woman who ends up marrying a more or less abusive husband. The husband is keeping a secret in the basement, which Giselle ends up discovering.
In the basement is a young man, who happens to be a vampire. He ends up taking Giselle’s blood and they share a moment together. Eventually they end up meeting outside the basement and having a sexual relationship. For obvious reasons, they’re keeping this a secret from everyone.
The man who Giselle is being married to can’t be trusted with this knowledge. Nor is he actually caring too much about her, he only wants her body. In his eyes, Giselle is a possession more than she is a human being – his possession.
It’s not like he’s actually in love with her, he just want to own her and is upset when she’s not into him. When the topic of divorcing each other comes up, Giselle ends up being hit by him. Despite the fact he’s literally cheating on her with a prostitute.
Turns out the prostitute he’s seeing is actually very similar to his wife in terms of her looks.
They come up with some obscene plan and she starts working at the mansion as a maid. While still doing it with the prostitute whenever he wants to, of course.
The sexual part is just a minor detail to the story, really. The whole drama between Giselle and her husband is enough for a manhwa on its own.
However, if you come for the sexual scenes you won’t be disappointed. There’s quite a few of them available, but none feel forced or like it doesn’t fit into the theme of the story.
The relationship between Giselle and the vampire is both very steamy and cute! The young looking vampire is very much naive in his affections, at least in the beginning. In the end, though, they end up developing a very beautiful relationship.
The art of this story is also very gorgeous, although Giselle is looking very plain. She doesn’t end up standing out, which is honestly fine by me. The focus feels like it’s more on the young looking vampire boy. He’s both cute and adorable, with a steamy side to him.
Recommendation: Yes! Do start reading this story. The all-ages version is pretty safe to read but it does show some gore still.
