I Am A Humanoid Cultivation Pill exceeds my expectations, but that’s because they’re low to begin with. Not saying it’s worth reading this story, though.

I Am A Humanoid Cultivation Pill Summary
A masterful pill was born at the top of the Peak of Not Returning. It is Yushu who is in the wind, is chic and suave, has a broad mind…I! Yes, it’s me! Beat and beat, eat.MU
I Am A Humanoid Cultivation Pill starts out quite funny and interesting. However, there’s a clear focus on the fan service in this comedy story. Likewise, the story features some very awkward moments.
The pill itself is very odd, wearing a cauldron like it’s a diaper. And from what I saw, he keeps wearing it throughout the series.
I’m not even sure what the actual point of this story is, other than some random zooming in on boobs and butts. However, it’s clear this isn’t meant to be taken too seriously as the focus is on the comedy aspects.
Overall I’m not liking the clickbait aspect of this manhua, either. You see, the actual female lead shown in the cover doesn’t show up until much, much later. Instead we’re stuck with a cauldron wearing-diaper pill.
I’m not sure how I’m feeling over this story. It’s partially funny and interesting, but also very stupid. I can’t wrap my head around how I feel about this one.
The manhua’s saving grace is clearly the art, which is really nice looking. However, the art can’t be the only reason you’re reading a story.
Recommendation: If you’re looking for a serious reading option, you’ve come to the wrong place.
