Dark Fragrance is seemingly a decent story about a guild of female assassins. The female lead seems to be slightly weak minded, and is not on top of her game.

Dark Fragrance Summary
In old Shanghai, where the streets teem with Westerners, there is an assassin organization known as Dark Fragrance.
Those who join Dark Fragrance are all women, and those who have given in to their charms are dead.
The woman leading this mysterious organization behind the scenes comes and goes without a trace and has no name.
In the past, she believed in fate, but she no longer does. If the heavens are unjust, then she will become God, and punish those who have destroyed everything she had!

I quite like the art style of the story. It’s very pretty, although it definitely has some traditional style to it.
In the initial start of the story, we’re thinking something happen which seems to be incorrect.
At least, that’s what I think happened but I’m not sure so far. Some stories toss you a bone, making you question what’s going or it suddenly starts going back in time.
Overall I’m extremely confused about this story, but I do find it interesting. It’s probably a story which is going to be quite intense later on.
The female lead doesn’t seem like an assassin at all, which makes me question why she’s in the guild to begin with. The madam of the guild isn’t exactly nice either, seeing as she whips the female lead.
I’m getting vibes of If I Were You, which is also set in a different time than our current one.
Final thoughts: The story seems really interesting and I wish I could read more of this.
