I Will Change The Genre summary
I reincarnated into my favorite novel genre, and I became the villainous aunt who mistreats the young protagonist.
But I feel sorry for my nephew who will grow up as a protagonist in a revenge plot. I’ll try to take care of my nephew until his uncle shows up and takes him as per the original plot.
I’ve become his mother all of a sudden?
“I don’t know your circumstances, but how could I bear to separate a mother from her son? Lady, come with us to Winterwald.”
Hey, Kim Luca! How are you going to fix this misunderstanding? (Synopsis : GS)MU
I quite enjoy the fact our female lead isn’t the novel’s heroine or something like that, but instead the villainous aunt.
She comes to the world about a month prior to her nephew being taken away from her care.
In that month, she starts caring for her nephew like any normal person would instead of abusing him. By the time the uncle arrives, the nephew seems to grow attached to her…
It seems the aunt and uncle kind of hits it off, in an awkward sort-of way. He invites her to his family home as well and seems to like her. It would seem he’s the type of person who is awkward and not good with social queues.
Our female protagonist knows the world is changing, commenting Luca seems to know more in this lifetime than he did in the past.
This makes her think he may be isekai’d too or perhaps already reliving the life.
Things just seem off, but not in a bad way. It makes sense things are changing of course. Our protagonist is changing the story, too, so obviously we’ll see a ripple effect.
Overall I quite like the story, although the isekai plots are overdone quite a bit, this one is pretty good. I like the artist’s drawings and the way the dynamics work between all three main characters.
Recommendation: Well worth reading if you have the chance. Can’t wait till this gets an officially licensed version!
