Butterfly Love Effect starts out very interesting, even without the strange girl. Our female heroine is ostracized for her attraction towards females.

It seems Butterfly Love Effect is a girl’s love manhwa, but I don’t think there’s any smuttiness in it.
I quite like our main character, Sul-Bi. It’s not her fault for being hated by others, especially since she’s just liking the same gender.
I’m happy she seems to find a new friend, albeit an odd one. I just hope things don’t go awry for both of them. After a meeting with a red-headed girl, the blonde is seen breaking down in tears.
You see, the blonde girl doesn’t know who she is. Apparently she has no recollection of her name or anything of the sort. A red-headed girl sees her and demands to know about her. When she doesn’t answer, the other girl reads her mind. So there’s definitely some supernatural elements in this story.
The story may feature heavy topics, but there’s a lot of humor in it. The blonde girl puts a leash on a human, and not the dog. It had me giggling quite a bit!
I must say I really love Sul-bi’s smile, she looks so adorable! She seems very likable as a protagonist, which is a huge relief.
If you’re looking for girl’s love, Roses for June is another cute story. Likewise, Her Tale Of Shim Chong is also a good story set in the ancient times.
Recommendation: Might be worth checking out! There’s only 48 chapters, so it’s pretty short.
