Summary of Beware Of The Villainess
Sit back and take in this romantic tale of an angelic heroine and her devoted suitors as they vie for the depths of her love… or not. This story’s about to go through some edits!
After an accident, a modern-day college student awakens as the story’s villainess, Melissa Foddebrat.
She’s far from anyone’s favorite, but she IS the daughter of the duke.
Determined to live it up, this new Melissa is doing things her way — antiquated society, be damned! All idiots, prepare to step aside or perish! – Tapas
As you can probably tell from the summary, Melissa isn’t ready to let anyone walk over her. She’s bold, slightly crazy and ready to stir up some chaos. She ends up befriending the magician Yuri. And a werewolf without his tongue or teeth… I can’t remember if both were missing or only his tongue/fangs.
The maid closest to Melissa, Yona, is also a hilarious character. Driven by her greed, any time Melissa ups the salary she gladly goes along with whatever the lady of the house wants. Even if it’s absolutely insane.
Yuri turns out to be a really good person as well, she’s actually a very nice person. She has suffered more than anyone, but to reveal how is basically ruining the plot. Let me just say it’s not only Melissa who knows everything is messed up!
We can’t have a recommendation of this manhwa without mentioning Nine. He’s absolutely precious and if he was real, I’d instantly fall in love with him. He’s just that CUTE and handsome.
Obviously there are some clichés in this one, but I highly suggest you give it a read anyway. It might surprise you.
Recommendation: MUST READ, NOW!
