10 Red Haired Female Characters in Comics

There’s a lot of villainesses out there with red hair, and although they’re included in this list. I am more interested in the ones that aren’t portrayed as horrible villains…

Here’s 10 of the red haired female characters we can find in comics.

10 Pretty Red Haired Female Characters In Comics - Maximillian Calypso
Maximilian Calypse
Maximilian Calypse from “Under The Oak Tree

She’s a truly sweet character, but with severe self-confidence issues. This is mostly due to her father’s abusive nature. The poor girl then meets her husband, who is then shouting at her.

Of course, I think Riftan actually does love her quite a lot. Maxi can’t tell him the truth and has a weird idea how she’s supposed to behave. She even thinks she’s ugly, everything from her nose to her red hair. As the audience we can clearly tell she’s extremely cute and pretty!

The art style is definitely interesting, but I personally think it adds to the charm. As a character she may not be the most beautiful one, but her charm isn’t only in the illustrations of her. Her personality add dynamics to the drawing and makes you like her more.

10 Pretty Red Haired Female Characters In Comics - Yeldriya Viotte Cecilia

Initially I didn’t find her as pretty as I do now. I think it depends on her clothing choices, but in the beginning she reminded me of an older woman charming young men. I think it’s the morning robe. Now I find her quite pretty, with intensely blue eyes and her luscious red hair.

10 Pretty Red Haired Female Characters In Comics - Leticia Grey Halstead

As a child she was really cute, as an adult she still looks cute but her features are looking more and more pretty every day. The fact she can use a weapon is also an added bonus. With huge green-yellow eyes and her pretty red hair, she looks stunning.

10 Pretty Red Haired Female Characters In Comics - Kate from muiella

She started out as a maid and then ended up higher in society. Kate was always pretty, regardless of her status. She has brilliant green eyes and vibrant red hair! A sharp intellect and natural curiosity adds to her charm.

10 Pretty Red Haired Female Characters In Comics - Ayla Mertensia

I absolutely love this character’s eye colour, it’s so gorgeous! In general I just love how the eyes are drawn here. Ayla’s a villainess in the original story, but in this one she’s forced to commit these villainous acts to prevent time from standing. She does it with an amazing beauty and confidence.

10 Pretty Red Haired Female Characters In Comics - Sasha Lauren

Although Sasha’s hair isn’t originally red hair but brown, her red hair is really pretty and suits her. She may not be a traditional beauty, but I quite think she’s pretty.

10 Pretty Red Haired Female Characters In Comics - Lauren Sinclair

Lauren is really pretty in a very distinctive way. She has a chiselled face, intense yellow eyes and darker red hair. Her personality is intense as well, which reflects in her appearance. Lauren isn’t someone you should mess with!

10 Pretty Red Haired Female Characters In Comics - Aideen

Aideen from “Aideen”

Not only is she beautiful but also lethal. As an assassin for the emperor, she’s used to dealing quickly with others. She even has an artefact capable of turning her red hair into a black colour.

10 Pretty Red Haired Female Characters In Comics - Penelope Eckart

Penelope Eckart from “Death Is The Only Ending For The Villainess”

Penelope’s hair is apparently magenta, so technically it’s not “pure” red but it’s still reddish. I love her character design since it stands out. She also look scared or cautious a lot of the time, which I assume makes sense when she expects death to come for her at any moment.

Which character do you think deserves a mention in the future?! Let us know in the comments!
